7-day refund window

If ExcaliRec Pro does not work as described, or if you purchased by mistake, email support@excalirec.com within 7 days of purchase.

What to include

Please include the email used for purchase, your order or receipt information if available, and a short description of the issue.

Response time

We respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a refund through Creem.

Abuse and duplicate requests

We may decline refund requests that show clear abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, or use outside this policy.
